Rev. Myunghoon Han

Welcomed to Wellspring in July 2020, Han has a passion for listening to and telling the story of God. He grew up in South Korea, crossed the Pacific Ocean in 2010, and has been serving as the church planter for the Korean UMC of Madison since 2014. He and his wife Young have two children, Olivia and Wesley. Han loves meeting new people, so be sure to reach out and introduce yourself!

Rev. Luis Velasquez
Hispanic/Latino Church Planter

Luis came to Wisconsin in July 2019 from Atlanta, Georgia and joined the Wellspring family as a Hispanic/Latino community of faith planter in January 2020. He has a background in Psychology and Family Counseling. Luis loves to try new foods, listen to new music, and is passionate for human rights. He is happily married to Nindik Celeste and is the older brother to two siblings.

Jaret Schroeder

Jaret has been serving Wellspring since 2019, bringing music to service that enlivens worship and reinforces scripture messages through song. With an extensive background in liturgical music, he is comfortable playing the organ or the piano, and enjoys sharing the bench with the other musicians at Wellspring. When he is not making music, Jaret can be found working as a microbiologist at the Wisconsin State Veterinary Diagnostic Lab.

Ken Sosinski
Music Director

Ken previously served at Wellspring as choir director from 1991 to 1995 and returned in September 2019 after a 24 year hiatus as Director of Worship and Music at St. Bernard Parish on Madison’s east side. Ken has served as past president of the local chapter of Choristers Guild and a previous dean of the local chapter of the American Guild of Organists. Ken holds a Master of Divinity degree from Union Theological Seminary of New York.

Steven Webster

Steven has been Bookkeeper at Wellspring since July 2013. He brings a wealth of experience, as he is also the Treasurer at Bethany UMC and the Financial Secretary and Administrative Assistant at Covenant Presbyterian. Believe it or not, he bikes to work year-round!

Amanda Zasada
Office Administrator

Amanda joined the Wellspring family in September 2019. She has a background in nonprofit administration and leads a dual life as a freelance musician. With a heart for connection, she strives to bring deep intention and abundant joy to all her endeavors.
